The Spain trip was perfect…truly. The students are happy, and Svjetlana is thrilled with how it all turned out and I feel the same. I know that you know what a phenomenal team you have here, but permit me to state the obvious. Victor put together a phenomenal itinerary. Pablo and Alfonso are the best. I’ve done so many of these trips over the last 25 years and the two of them are exceptional at what they do - and wonderful humans to boot. It felt like we’d all been a team for years and that allowed Svjetlana to focus on teaching instead of students and logistics.

This was my second time leading a trip to Lisbon organized by Austral Group. Both trips have been fantastic. Everyone involved in the pre-trip organization, particularly Marcia, were excellent. The planning process was easy and effective. Marcia clearly knows what meetings and visits make for an educational and enriching (yet still fun) experience for our students. Our two Program Coordinators for the trip were also wonderful. They both bring great energy to the trip and are able to connect very well with the students. They are also both extremely knowledgeable about the area and are very well organized. They were excellent team.

Our faculty program to Costa Rica, planned with Veronica, was outstanding. Vanessa and Adrian in-country worked seamlessly with our group. All planned Austral Group activities were amazing. They also expertly handled our organized business visits, even pivoting seamlessly when a last-minute cancellation occurred. We enjoyed a hike at La Chimba and a traditional dinner with folkloric dancing overlooking San Jose; the food was excellent. I highly recommend this program and hope to work with them again.

Nora did a fantastic job with the Dubai trip last week. The success of the visit greatly exceeded our expectations, and not only is Dubai an incredible location, but the way she managed our requirements and needs is unparalleled. Not only was the schedule incredible, but the way she diligently and professionally managed complex client relationships and tight deadlines was appreciated and impressive.

The recent trip was a tremendous success, exceeding all expectations. The highly specialized nature of the topic (Energy transition) required very particular choices for guest speakers and company visits. The organization was stellar in securing excellent speakers and managing all logistics smoothly.

Before this trip I thought Miami would probably be a one-off location for us, but it exceeded all my expectations as an exciting business hub with passionate entrepreneurs and wonderful engaging speakers whose life and business stories fit perfectly against the backdrop of the international business module

Last week, Executive MBA Class of 2024 students completed their Innovation Immersion Experience for the Leading Organization Change class with Professor Dr. Paul Melendez. During the trip, they had a chance to discuss culture, innovation, and ESG issues with Whole Foods Market, SXSW, CEMEX, Silicon Labs, Opportunity Austin, and Environmental Resources Management. We thank Austral Education Group for connecting us with these wonderful companies and all the companies for sharing their time and insights with our students.

The knowledge on the ground has always been excellent with Austral. We have quite tailored programs and we are quite a demanding client, because our courses are very, very busy. There's a lot going on during the week, a lot of moving parts, and I think Austral has always been a really reliable partner to give us the assistance we need. And that's not just when we're actually traveling during the week, it's the preparation process, it really is a partnership. Then there's the delivery aspect, having that support during the week of that partnership, making sure the logistics run smoothly.

I've done so many of these trips over the past 25 years add the Austral Group Team is exceptional at what they do. It felt like we'd all been a team for years.
